Born in 2014 in Henan Province
Keegan was born with cerebral palsy. He is happiest when listening to music, and if he can be in the ball pit while doing so, life is good! He also loves to stroll outside when the weather is nice. He shows his excitement through happy squeals, bouncing up and down on his knees, and flashing his big signature smile! Snack time is one of his favorite times of the day. He takes it very seriously and often finishes his snacks before the other kids. We are so blessed by Keegan’s joy!
